Position Details :

• Role : Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)
• Location : Portland office
• Schedule : Monday - Friday (20-25 hours / week)

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Outstanding computer and phone skills
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain confidentiality
• Strong social media proficiency, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Previous experience in a medical receptionist role preferred

Responsibilities :

• Greet and check in patients both in-person and via virtual terminals.
• Assist patients in using our infrared sauna and ensure their comfort and safety during sessions.
• Set up individuals in our recovery lounge, providing education regarding the equipment
• Handle payments, including copays, deductibles, and fees.
• Manage incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist with patient referrals and new patient requests.
• Maintain patient records and verify insurance coverage.
• Collaborate with clinical and billing staff to address patient inquiries.
• Support social media efforts and contribute to general clinic upkeep.
